A dashboard system for Homey: build your own screen to control and monitor your whole home.
HDashboards is a dashboard system for Homey. It gives you a single screen — on your phone, tablet, computer or a wall-mounted display — that shows and controls exactly the parts of your home you care about.
Homey already has its own app. HDashboards is for when you want to decide the layout yourself: which devices appear, how big they are, what colour they turn, what happens when you tap them.
What you can build
A dashboard is a grid of cards. You choose what each card does:
- Control a device — toggle a light, dim it, set a colour, open a blind, unlock a door.
- Show a measurement — temperature, humidity, power use, battery level.
- Trigger a flow — one tap to run any Homey flow or advanced flow.
- Display information — the weather, a calendar, a clock, a camera stream, a graph of your energy use.
- Navigate — a tile that opens another dashboard, so you can build a screen per room.
You can have as many dashboards as you like, and design a different layout for each screen size.
How it works
Your dashboards' layouts are stored in the HDashboards cloud, so the same design follows you to every device you sign in on. Only identifiers are stored — which device a card points at, not what that device is doing.
The live data — device states, capability values, flow triggers — travels directly between the app and your Homey. When your phone and Homey are on the same network, that connection stays local.
