Where to get HDashboards for Android, iOS, web and desktop.
HDashboards runs on phones, tablets, browsers and desktops. Your dashboards are stored against your account, so whatever you build on one device appears on all the others.
Get the app
| Platform | Where |
|---|---|
| Android | Google Play |
| iOS / iPadOS | App Store |
| Web browser | web.hdashboards.app |
| Homey companion app | Homey App Store |
The web edition needs no installation — sign in and your dashboards are there. It is the quickest way to try HDashboards, and it is what most people use on a wall-mounted tablet or an old laptop.
The companion app is optional. It is a Homey app that lets your flows push changes into HDashboards — changing a card's colour or title, or sending a notification. See Homey companion app.
Which one should I use?
- Just trying it out? Start in the browser.
- Daily use on your phone? Install the Android or iOS app — it connects faster and keeps the connection alive in the background.
- A wall panel? Install the native app on the tablet and turn on kiosk mode, which keeps the screen awake and hides the top bar.
A note on tablets used as wall panels
On Android, HDashboards asks to be excluded from battery optimisation. Say yes. Without it Android will eventually suspend the app to save power, and a wall panel that has gone to sleep is not much of a wall panel.
